Change is in the air

Ron Paul has already changed the political landscape, even before he is elected. People are waking up from their slumber, they are starting to realize that a small group CAN make a difference. Even more telling, YOUNG people are getting informed. Why? Because we will inherit this country, and frankly we do not want to inherit debt.

The presidential election is over a year away and there is already a change in the air. Ron Paul has awakened the people from their slumber. People are becoming active in politics, both national and local. We will not make the same mistake of electing the lesser of two evils this time around...or ever again. Starting now, we will make the right choice.

The meetup groups currently have 40,000 activists and that number is growing every day, right now we are focusing on getting Ron Paul elected, but the work will not stop after the election, the full power of the groups will be aimed at local politics From now on governors, representatives, and senators will be forced to represent their people. All politics is local and together we will make the necessary change happen.

Some people criticize the term revolution...but frankly that is the most appropriate term to use. THIS IS A REVOLUTION, we are taking back the country from oppressors who have turned free men into slaves. Free men who can spend their whole lives working and have nothing to show for it because the government squandered their earnings. We have stayed quiet for too long thinking there is nothing we can do, but one man has shown us that each and every one of us is capable of making a difference.

Some people question Ron Paul's chances of getting elected. To those I say, look at the statistics. Very few people vote in the primaries: 100K for your average state, and that was 8 years ago, when Republicans came out in force to vote for a republican. Since then the republican party has been decimated which can be seen from the straw polls. They expected 45,000 in Iowa, not even half showed up. They expected 10,000 in Texas, then 3,000, and in the end only 1300 cast their votes. Then we need to take into account that when primaries roll around, the pro-war vote will be split among at least 6 candidates: Romney, Thompson, McCain(if he is still around), Giuliani, Huckabee(if he is still in the race). The anti-war vote will go to Ron Paul, the true conservative vote will go to Ron Paul, and lets not forget the millions of people who will become republicans to vote for him. In a situation like this, you could probably take Iowa with a mere 20,000 votes(Bush won it with 35,000 votes in a 3 man race).

So if you haven't done so already, join the revolution, donate your time and money. Its a worthy cause and a worthy investment, you will be rewarded plenty when the man does get elected. It does not matter if you donate $10, $100, $2300 or if you donate 10 minutes, 10 hours, 100 hours...every little bit helps. Every little bit will get Ron Paul closer to getting elected.

So to end this with a modified matrix quote:
You take the blue pill, you vote democrat or a neo-con republican, the story ends, you will be back to policing the world, running up the national debt, selling out to Chinese, and throwing away liberties your forefathers fought for, your forefathers died for. You will wake up after the election and believe that its really not that bad, who cares about constitution? Who cares about a rule of law? Who cares about blowback? Who cares that this country is despised across the world, in a time when more and more countries are become powerful. And before long you will find yourself a member of North American Union, competing against Mexicans and Canadians for jobs.

Or

You take the red pill, you join the movement, and Ron Paul will show you just exactly what it means to be free. Will show you exactly what millions of people crossed the Atlantic in tiny wooden ships for, and will show you just exactly what the founding fathers envisioned when they vowed to create a country without tyranny, a country for the common man, a country which was created by free men FOR free men. You will see respect restored for this country around the world, you will help reinstate the rule of law.

Ron Paul is offering you the truth, nothing more. Millions have taken the red pill, millions more will do so in the coming months. So join the revolution and help make it happen.

P.S. a message to pro-war republicans, wake up, 70% of the country is against the war, you cannot win the 2008 election with a pro-war candidate, no matter how much you sacrifice your social conservatism by nominating a pro-war liberal like Giulliani, Romney or Thompson. So if you vote for someone like that don't be angry if you get 8 more years of Clinton, you brought it on yourself. And here is another warning, some of you think Ron Paul supporters will still vote republican if you don't nominate him. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN, its either Ron or we vote 3rd party for a real conservative. And if you think moderates will support you thinking you are the lesser of two evils compared to Clinton...once again WRONG, both democrats and neo-cons are for big spending, the only difference is democrats want to spend the money on social issues, and neo-cons want to spend the money policing the world, so no real difference, and the lesser of two evils here are the democrats, who at least want to spend the money on helping people.
