The Travesty That Is Neocon Policy!
This is the American policy, and the travesty of a Neocon take-over of our system of justice, in the wake of 911:
We are now living in an upside-down America, where so-called ”state secrets” (i.e. secret torture and secret violations of our laws and constitution) now trump LIBERTY, they trump LIFE, they trump HUMAN RIGHTS, they trump JUSTICE, they trump DEMOCRACY, they trump “WE, THE PEOPLE”, they trump our CONSTITUTION, they trump EVERYTHING WE ARE SUPPOSED TO STAND FOR!
This is bad, people! We need a Ron Paul, to open up these steamy tyrannical “state secrets”, to expose them to the broad daylight of a world-wide view, so that we can get RID of the permeating stench in our land! GOD forgive us! And we need to eradicate all secret sinister organizations, which act ABOVE THE LAW, such as this corrupt CIA!
Are we safer, because of this despicable abuse of one of their “fish” who “got away” (some aren’t as lucky)? And EVERYONE ALREADY KNOWS THIS UGLY SECRET! So why is it even a so-called “state secret”?
This court should NOT be let off the hook–their decision BLOWS MY MIND–but they were listening to the devious evil snakes in the Bush/Cheney legal team, in order to come up with such a damnable ruling!
If you hold your peace . . . if “WE, THE PEOPLE” hold OUR peace, then WE are condoning these unspeakable actions! We MUST speak out LOUDLY!

The justices’ refusal to take the case of Khaled el-Masri let stand a March 2 ruling by the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, in Richmond, Va. That court upheld a 2006 decision by a federal district judge, who dismissed Mr. Masri’s lawsuit on the grounds that trying the case could expose state secrets. . . .
