View Evidence of Unconstitutional Spying FOR YOURSELF

This (last part of post) is a MUST SEE for every citizen who thinks our Bill of Rights is still LAW:
Just for a refresher, here is #4 of our Bill of Rights:
“The right of the people to be secure IN THEIR PERSONS, HOUSES, PAPERS, AND EFFECTS [covers EVERYTHING pertaining to our personal lives, including electronic communications of ANY KIND], against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall NOT BE VIOLATED, and NO WARRANTS SHALL ISSUE, but upon PROBABLE CAUSE [not the so-called “reason to believe” pushed by Bush/Cheney lawyers], SUPPORTED BY OATH OR AFFIRMATION [that means before a JUDGE FOR EVERY INSTANCE!!!], and PARTICULARLY DESCRIBING THE PLACE TO BE SEARCHED [there can be NO GENERALIZED WARRANTS, and NO MOVABLE WARRANTS], and THE PERSONS [EVERY WARRANT MUST BE INDIVIDUAL] or THINGS [DRAGNET SEARCHES/DATA MINING ARE ILLEGAL] to be seized.”This ONE amendment is violated over and over, by the SO-CALLED Patriot Act, and it is also violated, routinely, by the secret spooks of our SO-CALLED “intelligence” services, which are tied directly to our federal police services (punitive repercussions). I.E.: We are a police state in the making, and RIGHT NOW our BILL OF RIGHTS IS ONLY A PIECE OF PAPER CONTAINING NICE THOUGHTS, SINCE IT IS BEING TREATED AS IF IT HAS NO FORCE OF LAW!

EFF Document Summarizes Evidence of NSA Spying
Posted by Richard Esguerra
We recently published a one-page document summarizing the evidence that is the centerpiece of EFF’s Hepting v. AT&T case. Information for the document came from previously secret evidence that was unsealed this summer, including the declarations of whistleblower Mark Klein and EFF’s expert witness, J. Scott Marcus, a former Senior Advisor for Internet Technology to the Federal Communications Commission. The document includes the following diagram, a straightforward illustration of how a massive portion of innocent Americans’ communications were put under the control of the NSA:
For those who haven’t already seen it, the PBS Frontline documentary “Spying on the Home Front” explores the evidence in clear, concise detail. The 10-minute portion that strictly covers the evidence can be found here, but you can stream the whole documentary for free and without DRM from the Frontline website.
